To use Gen-3 Alpha, you need to pay for a subscription, unfortunately no free plan is available at the moment. The lowest plan costs $15 per month.

Here's how to get started with Gen-3 Alpha:

1. Go to RunwayML.com using the link above.

2. Sign in or create an account.

3. Upgrade your account to the Standard plan.

4. Go to Generate Videos.

5. Select "Text/Image to Video"

6. Ensure "Gen-3 Alpha" is selected in the top left corner of the screen.

7. Enter text or image prompts to begin generating Gen-3 videos.
