Notion Templates for Productivity

Productivity on Autopilot

Think of Notion as an all-in-one productivity tool. Although the phrase "all-in-one" is used frequently, Notion has found a way to make it work best, making it one of the most popular workspace applications available.

It has many use cases and we particularly like it for architects and landscape architects for project tracking and organization.

It is also worth mentioning that the free version of Notion offers more than enough for the average user.

With little to no knowledge of how Notion works, you can be up and running in a few minutes and can further speed up the process by using premade templates. Templates give you a head start in goal tracking, managing notes and files, and any other productivity and collaborative processes you can think of.

Templates are custom displays made by other users with similar needs.

Some of our favourite ones:

There is a slew of templates to choose from here are common use cases that apply to design profession workers and the alternative tools they can replace:

Knowledge Retention (alternative to using Word or other note-takers): Dedicated templates let you turn each learning experience into a valuable resource. Store key takeaways, link to presentations, and add your own reflections, creating a searchable knowledge base.

Financial Tracking Templates (alternative to Excel or Google Sheets): Find templates with pre-built categories tailored for common income and expense tracking. See where your money goes and see areas for improvement.

Personal Finance Tracker Template

Invoice Management (alternative to ClickUp or Monday.com): Specific templates streamline your invoicing process. Create a database with client names, invoice amounts, due dates, and payment status.

Tips to getting started

Start Simple: Begin with one or two areas of personal organization you want to improve and gradually expand your Notion usage.

Notion's Template Gallery: Start your search right within the Notion app. They offer a curated selection of templates covering various areas of organization.

Communities: Websites like Notionpages and Gumroad offer vast collections of templates, often created by fellow users with specific use cases in mind
